It may be your company logo, staff names, team numbers or even a copy of a photograph onto a t-shirt, our logo department can do it all for you. We are one of the very few workwear companies who can offer this full service on our own premises. This enables us to vastly reduce lead times and keep prices low, enabling you the customer, to get the best deal possible. When items are embroidered, embroidery designs are stitched with an automated embroidery machine. These designs are 'digitized' with Embroidery Software. They can have different types of 'fills' which add texture and design to the embroidery. Almost all basic types of embroidery can be created with Machine Embroidery. These include: Applique, Free Standing Lace, Cutwork, Cross-Stitch, Photo-Stitch and Basic Embroidery. Heat Sealing is a process which is ideal for short run names, numbers or large logos, this process involves cut vinyl being professionally heat printed onto garments. It is also possible to have your logo embroidered onto a baseball cap and have a stickered logo applied to a hard hat. Full coloured designs can also be heat sealed (whether it be a photograph or newspaper article) onto either side of a garment.
